  • We need for replication 2 proofed DVD-Rs (DVD-R s must be closed - no multisession DVD-Rs).
  • Print files can be sent on CD-R or via e-mail.
  • Manufacturing related additional or shortfall deliveries: +/- 10% (max. 500 pieces).
  • No litho costs! Additional grafic works must be charged.
  • The purchaser is the importer to his destination and is responsible for all copy tax, levies, performers rights fees, royalties or special duty payable on imports of the above media. The purchaser is under obligation to check whether data carriers that we are to manufacture violate third party industrial proprietary rights or violate the competition law regulations, he must guarantee, irrespective of the responsibility, that the data carriers are in line with the industrial proprietary rights and the competitive law.
  • All prices are in EUR/ piece plus German VAT (19%). (We don`t charge VAT if our customer has a valid European VAT number or if we deliver the goods outside the European Union).
